We operate in a modern office, the total area of which is ... 13 tennis courts.
It includes, i.a. 7 relaxation zones, 2 game rooms, and 342 desks, one of which these can be yours!
The office was designed by TP Benett, a company responsible, i.a. for the Facebook office design in London.

We focus on continuous skills development! We enable participation in conferences, mentoring programmes and hackathons. We provide access to training materials on various development platforms (including Pluralsight, Harvard Business Review, LinkedIn Learning). Employees with longer experience (over 5 years) may also, under certain conditions, take advantage of special additional development leave (1-6 months).
Work the way you like! At GSK, you can use flexible working hours and home office, work part-time or have a long weekend thanks to Short Friday! We have also prepared additional days off for all employees, e.g. on Good Friday.
